Betting Rules

• 2.01
  it is the players responsibility to use the correct username and password when access to BahseGel.com.
• 2.02
  The minimum bet amounts are 1 TRY online.
• 2.03
  BahseGel.com and its employees cannot give credit to customers.It is the responsibility of the player to keep a sufficient amount of money in their accounts and to place their bets accordingly. BahseGel.com reserves the right to void any bet/wager which may have inadvertently been accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet/wager. Should funds be credited to a customer's account in error it is the customer's responsibility to informBahseGel.com without delay. BahseGel.com will recover such funds by account adjustment.
• 2.04
  Telephone calls to and from our Customer Contact Centre are recorded for training and security purposes along with the resolution of any queries arising from the service you receive.
  In disputes that management cannot resolve, the relevant record (s) may be submitted to the referees.
• 2.05
  A single or straight is a bet on 1 selection. Your selection must be successful to have a return. The maximum amount that you may win via the Bahsegel.com on any single bet is 400,000 TRY
• 2.06
  A Multiple Bet is defined as individual bets which combine two or more selections in a single bet. To make the first choice in your Multiple simply go to the market and make a selection as if you were placing a single bet.
• 2.07
  Bets on multiple selections that are all stated in the bet description. The bet description shows the competition name and the selections. This refers to the next match that each selection is involved in, in the named competition. Bets will be refunded If one of the matches doesn’t take place in the required time period.
• 2.08 Once a bet has been 'struck' it cannot be cancelled
• 2.09
  In the event of there being a dispute over the time at which a bet was placed, then the time at which it was confirmed on our Bet capture system will govern the settlement.
• 2.10
  As per the Terms of Acceptance above, whilst we strive to ensure complete accuracy in the publishing of odds, we can't accept responsibility for any errors or omissions. Therefore we reserve the right to correct obvious errors and settle bets at the correct odds or void bets if prices are unavailable.
• 2.11
  All maximum payout limits apply to any one customer, or group of customers acting together, who have backed the same combination of selections, including where placed in a series of bets, at a range of prices, over a number of days using different betting accounts and/or across different betting channels. Should we have reason to believe that a number of bets have been placed this way, the total payment of all those bets combined will be limited to one single maximum payout.
• 2.12
  The maximum amount that you may win via the Bahsegel.com on any single or multi bet is 400,000 TRY. 
• 2.13
  Bets may be placed up to the scheduled start time of the event or a pre-determined time, whichever is the earlier. Any bet inadvertently accepted after the betting has closed or where the event was resolved or at a stage where the customer could have any indication of the outcome will be settled at the correct price at the time the bet was placed. Bets placed after the final event result is known will be voided.
• 2.14
  Winnings from settled bets/wagers are added to the balance of your betting account. Any funds/winnings credited to an account in error are not available for use, and BahseGel reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds and/or withdraw the relevant amount from your account and/or reverse the transaction, either at the time or retrospectively.
